G2208 PHI glass lining
PHI glass is a glass-ceramic enamel that combines improved thermal conductivity of the ceramic phase with excellent corrosion resistance of glass. The thermal conductivity coefficient of PHI glass is circa 30% higher than the standard G2208 glass lining and consequently heat transfer is 30% higher for the same enamel thickness and the same temperature difference between the fluids inside the jacket and inside the reactor.
